What a great little gym, has what you need (well at least what I need) People are always friendly and courteous. Owner is a great guy, easy to talk with and it's never busy.

I've been going to this place for over a year. Not a high traffic gym so you'll always be able to do your workout without being bothered. The owner is great and really listens to his customers inputs and concerns.
