- Are your prices going up?
- Yes, for new members, on January 1, 2027. Join before then and you keep today's rate for as long as you keep your membership.
- I'm already a member. Will my price go up?
- No. Your price never goes up, as long as you keep your membership. Pausing keeps your price too.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, with 2 months' notice. Tell us in writing (email, text, or at the gym), and your membership ends 2 months from that day, or when your paid period runs out if that's later; the payments due before then still go through. Need a break instead? Members of 6 months or more can pause.
- What if I cancel and come back later?
- You join again at the price of that day. Want a break? Pause instead, and your price stays locked.
- Can I pause it?
- Yes, once you've been a member for 6 months. Send us a note and we'll put your account on hold.
- How does the door code work?
- When you join, online or at the gym, we text you your own code. Punch it in and you're in, 5AM to 10PM, every day.
- Do I need to book?
- For your free trial, yes. Book online and we text you to confirm a time. Members come and go with their door code.
- Is tax included?
- No. HST (13%) is added on top of every price and the start-up fee when you pay.
- Are you open on holidays?
- Yes. We're open every day, 365 days a year, holidays included. 5AM to 10PM.
- Is there parking?
- Yes, right out front. It's free.
- Can I bring my spouse?
- One guest a month is included. Or take the Duo plan.
- I have never used this equipment.
- Every machine has an instruction card. Start light and take your time. The floor is rarely busy enough to rush you.
- Is there a deal for bringing a friend?
- Yes. Give your friend your referral code. When they join with it, you each get a free month. The usual start-up fee still applies. To get your code, text CODE to (343) 340-4238, or ask us at the gym.
